Role Overview
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and products, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning.
Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments including production, sales, and finance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
