Are you an experience Receptionist looking for temporary roles? I am always recruiting candidates who have experience in working Receptionist roles and are happy to work Temporary/Adhoc/Fixed Term Contracts.
Duties of the roles:
- Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, including screening, forwarding, and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Handle booking and coordination of meeting rooms and associated requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Keep an accurate record of visitors and maintain security protocols.
- Provide general support to visitors and resolve any reception-related issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of visitors and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using telephone systems and office equipment.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- A welcoming and professional demeanour.
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email and word processing software.
