Warehouse Operative

My client based in Borehamwood is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their professional Warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who values growth, teamwork, and recognition for hard work.
You will have some experience working within a Warehouse Operations role and a good technical aptitude as the role involves use of a computerised scanning system alongside good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Receive goods in
- Complete necessary documentation.
- Organise incoming stock items and maintain accurate item locations using software.
- Ensure proper order of raw materials according to GMP
- Pick and assemble orders
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Operate a forklift.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues
- Uphold GMP and H&S
- Follow relevant compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift truck experience is preferred however training can be provided
- A continuous work history for last 5 years
- Any employment Gaps of up to 30 days require a reference or proof of income
- Physically fit for heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
Benefits:
- Annual Salary: £26,000
- Additional Out of Hours shift allowance
- Location: Borehamwood
- Job Type: Full-time
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Out of Hours shift 1 week in 7
