My client is a high-achieving independent school based in Ashford. This role is central to driving brand awareness and enhancing the reputation and success of the educational establishment. As a key member of the Marketing, Admissions and Events (MAE) team, you will work under the guidance of the Head of Marketing to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing and events activities.
Day to Day of the role:
- Create and execute a wide variety of content in line with the school's marketing content calendar across all channels, including the website, social media, print advertising, and email marketing.
- Build, send, track, analyse, and report on email marketing campaigns using an email marketing platform.
- Collaborate with graphic designers or agencies to ensure all content is on-brand.
- Manage photography, including booking external photographers and attending school events to capture content.
- Support open mornings and admissions events, working collaboratively with the school registrar on activations and data.
- Represent the school at external events as required.
- Coordinate the update of school publications, including the school magazine Purna.
- Take full responsibility for the website and social media accounts.
- Organise and manage internal & external events, ensuring effective communication and appropriate staff supervision.
- Liaise with various school departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with school policies.
