The Role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you will play a crucial role in the property sales team in Exeter and the stunningly beautiful East Devon villages.
This position is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in negotiating and listing but is a good valuer and able to bring instructions to the market. However, if you are a Senior Negotiator who would like to step into a listers role, the company director will offer training and support to mentor and coach you to be a leading lister in the area.
The ideal candidate will already live in the East Devon area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listings: Conducting property valuations and securing listings across your designated area. Full training can be given to the right individual)
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering them a first-class service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Sales Negotiations: Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Market Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with the local property market, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to maximize business opportunities and share market knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Lister within an estate agency.
- Valuation experience is preferred, but training will be provided for those ready to develop in this area.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of the local property market in Exeter and East Devon.
- A valid UK driving license (a company car will be provided).

- Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, depending on experience.
- OTE: Realistic on-target earnings of £40,000+ with uncapped commission – there's plenty of scope to exceed this based on performance.
