RG Consultancy are working with a very well established SME who are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant. This is a brand-new role, created to support growth, you will work closely with and report back to the Finance Director. You will join a small, friendly team at an exciting time for the business as the company grows

The Role
- Assist with producing monthly management accounts
- Assist with cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Preparation and processing of journals
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Support credit control processes and aged receivables
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll
The Person
- At least 2 year experience within a similar role
- An AAT qualified is highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Excel
- Experienced with XERO is an advantage
