Role: Roofing Site Manager
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Salary: £200 - £250 per day

First Military are partnering with a family run, Roofing Contractor, looking to expand their project management team with a Roofing Site Manager, focusing on pitched roofs.
As a Roofing Site Manager you will experienced in roofing project management, knowledgeable on Health & Safety, and able to work with your wider team to deliver projects effectively.
Within this Roofing Site Manager role you will work closely with senior team members to assist in managing projects from start to finish, support clients and be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to maximise the probability of repeat orders and recommendations.

Your duties in this Roofing Site Manager role:
- Build strong relationships with the client
- Undertaking various small hands on tasks to assist with project delivery of the Site Manager
- Experience in flat roof refurbishment.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Assisting in all aspects of the project from start to completion, ensuring that all targets are hit, working closely with the Contracts Managers.
- Ensuring on site quality and H&S goals are being achieved, undertaking ongoing inspections.
- Providing daily reports to the Contracts Manager covering all aspects of H&S and QA
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects whilst identifying and implementing areas for improvement in your department and helping facilitate change throughout the business.
- People management experience
- An excellent understanding of Construction Health & Safety – SMSTS required
- DBS Certified
The ideal candidate for this Roofing Site Manager Role:
- Experience in pitched roof refurbishment and in-depth technical knowledge
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
