We are looking for a motivated Installation/Commissioning Engineer to join a market leading manufacturer. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of installation/commissioning/servicing within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Installing and commissioning bespoke machines, sub-assemblies and components into customer facilities
- Training operators and engineers for correct and safe operation of equipment
- Supporting customers remotely, attending site for breakdown, repair, service and support
- Auditing customer machines and premises
- Assembly and testing of heat-sealing components and assemblies
- Producing assembly kits for production
Skills and Qualifications
- Installation/Commissioning Experience
- Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications
- Fault Finding ability both Electrical and Mechanical
- Food industry background
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
