Residential Support Worker - Truro
We are looking for passionate Support Workers to join a Residential Children's home located at a beautiful location in Truro.
They support children with varying Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The home provides a calm and nurturing homely environment for children and sets out to improve the lives and well-being of all children in their care.
This home will provide training and can support you through completing your Level 4 Diploma if you do not already have a level 3 or 4 in place, as well as being provided all necessary training and inductions when starting.
About you:
- Strong sense of behaviour management
- Passion to support children with challenging behaviour, those who have experienced trauma, Autism, ADHD and complex needs
- Resilient, proactive and reliable
About the role: Children's Support Worker
- Provision based in Truro
- Up to £30000 annually
- Shift Pattern: Mornings, Nights and some Sleep in's required - with competitive rates per night for sleep ins!
- Permanent position
- Start ASAP
This is an immediate role on a full-time, permanent basis.
