Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
- Data management and processing of company payrolls and multiple pension schemes
- Running the integrated HR and Payroll system
- Leading on statutory updates, system builds, implementations and streamlining of work processes
- Assisting in identifying system user training needs and delivering solutions for system knowledge and digital competency
- Ensuring that reporting meets required audit and financial standards
- Managing the payroll team
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Payroll Manager / Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Officer / Senior Payroll Assistant / Payroll and HR Manager
- To be process-driven and methodical, with a critical eye for detail
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience of working with multiple payroll entities with varying terms
- Confidence in leading on payroll information systems and reporting
- Working knowledge of Excel
