We are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our client's IT team in Bristol. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing initiatives within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. The CRM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey and deliver personalised experiences at scale.
Day to Day of the role:
- Serve as the go-to expert for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Design and customise email templates using HTML and CSS to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent communications.
- Assist with the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
- Stay updated with new releases and features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are well-understood and implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including its various studios and builders.
- Proficiency in data management within Marketing Cloud.
- Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and personalisation.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customisation.
- Analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Awareness of regulatory compliance, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
