ActionCoach West Dorset is Dorset's complete coaching practice, based in Poundbury. They help businesses grow through Coaching, Mentoring and Training Programs. Originally based in Hertfordshire, they are now positively impacting businesses throughout Dorset and have done for the last 24months.

ActionCoach West Dorset are expanding their operations through the local area, with a keen focus on their 12 week training programs; the 12-week training programs equips current and aspiring leaders with the tools to succeed in execution and results.

Opportunity:

ActionCoach West Dorset are looking for dynamic Business Development Executives to join the team. The successful candidates will be responsible for securing meetings, helping businesses understand the value of the high-impact training programs, and closing sales.

As a Freelance Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is a commission-only role, offering you the freedom to work on your own terms while being rewarded for the clients and deals you secure. Whether you're looking to supplement your existing income with a lucrative side opportunity or fully commit to this role, this position is ideal for self-starters who are confident in their sales abilities and are looking for an opportunity to earn based on performance.

  • Earnings Potential: Earn £200 for the first attendee you secure, £100 for the second, and £50 for each additional attendee on the same course. With a maximum of 6 attendees per cohort, you can earn up to £500 per course.
  • Full Training Provided: You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're fully equipped to succeed.
  • Flexible Work: Operate from your local area and manage your own schedule (minimum of 8 hours per week is recommended)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients and new markets.
  • Lead Generation: Use various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to act accordingly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

About you:

  • Be professionally dressed and presentable.
  • Have B2B experience - whether that's in sales, customer service, or another related field.
  • Speak fluent English and communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Be curious about understanding the needs of businesses and how our training can benefit them.
  • Be self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn based on your results.
