What you'll do in this role:

  • Take the lead in organising trade shows for all brands, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement with prospects.
  • Coordinate pre-event planning, booth setup, and product displays, working closely with internal teams.
  • Manage logistics, negotiate favourable contracts with vendors, and adhere to financial guidelines.
  • Develop and execute retail marketing activations, focusing on key distributors and specific regions.
  • Plan and implement seasonal marketing campaigns for their brands within commercial Sports & Outdoor, Travel, and Lifestyle channels.
  • Oversee the creation of point-of-sale (POS) materials and manage the supply chain deliverables.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for all activities.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • At least 5 years of previous marketing experience.
  • Prior experience in retail marketing and trade show organisation.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with French language skills being a plus.
  • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands.
