Job Purpose

  • Play a key role in leading the audit team and delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work

  • Manage budgets and ensure audit projects are completed on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant

  • ACCA or ACA qualified with impressive experience in UK practice
  • Demonstrable experience supervising junior staff and working at manager level
  • Strong track record in managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing audit assignments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly proficient using MS Office, Sage, Caseware and other relevant software
  • Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
  • A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work confidently with Senior Managers and Partners
  • Strong commercial acumen with a drive to support business development
