Your new company
Hays Education are working with a large Academy in North Nottingham who are looking for a full-time LSA to join their friendly and passionate team of staff. This position will initially be a temporary role. However, for the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.
Your new role
You will be working across K23, KS4 and KS5 to provide excellent teaching and learning to all students, and really make a difference to their lives. You will be highly committed to the wellbeing and safeguarding of all students, and have this at the forefront of all you do. You will be assisting in a variety of capacities, including 1:1, small groups, or supporting at a full class level.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic and well-organised individual who is passionate about positively impacting children and young people. You will be a great team player, able to collaborate with other staff members across the school. You will have UK based experience working, mentoring, or coaching children and young people inside or outside the classroom.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a daily rate of between £85-£105 (depending on experience).
