Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (flexible)

I am working with a reputable and well established organisation who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team. This is a stand alone role, reporting into the Finance Director and will involve leading on everything HR related within the business. I would class this as a true generalist role with a strategic element as the business is entering an exciting growth period.
My client will look at an experienced Advisor who is looking for the next step up and working towards their CIPD 5 or an experienced HR Manager with CIPD level 5.

- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with managers and employees
- Support line managers in the delivery of effective people management to ensure a productive, motivated, and committed workforce is in place
- Work with the team to drive and support the company's goals
- Undertake business specific project work to support a high-performance culture
- Act as the point of contact for employees and managers, with the responsibility for continuously improving the quality and value of the HR service
- Support the development, implementation and communication of HR systems, policies, procedures, and processes
- Administer benefit schemes for the business.
- Recruitment, onboarding, inductions
- Employee relations and engagement
- Other adhoc duties to support the wider business
