Assistant Branch Merchandiser

THE GIG

You will be responsible for the stock flow in and out of stores whilst maintaining Full price and Outlet Store Capacities. Trading stores in line with our Regional & Global Trading calendar.

  • Assisting the Branch Merchandiser in Assortment planning for a UK/EU region.
  • Creating and analysing store reports to fully understand the differing customer needs & trends across our diverse markets.
  • Be the Branch contact for stores involving support via video calls and regular store visits, identifying and acting on any issues.
  • Building & managing store stock packages for New Stores tailoring them to their individual market.
  • Assisting the Branch Merchandiser with the set-up of tiering and Grading and IAQ's at the start of the season.
  • Management of in season Allocations, stock cover and availability.
  • Presenting in Trade & Store meetings across the week.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with other functions of the business, such as the Supply Chain team, Regional and Store Management, Store Operations, Product teams and the Visual Merchandisers.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Experience within a Branch Merchandising or Merchandising function
  • -Fluency in a second European language desirable but not essential
  • -Good team player with Strong communication skills, confident with working across multiple business functions
  • -Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and analyse reports
  • -The ability to produce ad hoc reports reviewing cover & ROS
  • -Excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritise their own workload
  • -Good grasp on core merchandising terminology and calculations
  • -Excellent excel knowledge including key functions (lookups & conditional sums)
