The Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of a prestigious Wellbeing team, delivering a range of signature holistic spa and beauty treatments. Your aim will be to provide guests with a serene, relaxing experience that alleviates the stresses of modern city life. From one-on-one consultations to promoting our bespoke in-house products, you'll provide personalised attention to every guest. Additionally, you'll help maintain the ambient, tranquil environment of our spa, reflecting the Hotel's signature quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of luxury spa and beauty treatments with precision and care.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects calm confidence and professionalism.
- Offer personalized consultations and promote bespoke in-house products.
- Maintain a serene atmosphere within the Spa that complements the brand standards.
- Provide guidance on spa services, memberships, and guest enquiries.
- Assist with spa reception and cleaning duties as needed.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel spa.
- Professionally trained with recognised certifications in Holistic Therapies, Massage, and/or Beauty.
- Fluent in conversational English to communicate effectively with clients.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Experience with Yoga, Meditation, or Watsu treatments is a plus.
- Flexible approach to working hours, with availability for evenings and weekends.
