IT Service Desk Engineer (Citrix, Linux, Window 10 + 11, Microsoft 365, user set up)
Kent (Hybrid ) - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
£25,000 - £35,000 ( depending on experience ) pension contribution + Company benefits

In this role you will be a valued IT engineer, seen as a partner rather than an employee, working across a number of services and other interfacing Applications and systems within our international markets area of the business, bringing with it variety, knowledge building and collaboration with multi-skilled teams. You will be required to build relationships with UK and international based teams.
This role would suit an IT Service Desk Engineer, 1st line support or similar looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a business with huge global reach.
THE ROLE:
- Adding, removing an maintaining users to software
- Monitoring busy IT service desk, logging service desk user tickets
- Develop Technical expertise
- Collaboration with Service team members, internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with IT Manager
THE PERSON:
- IT Service Desk Engineer, 1st line support or similar
- Windows desktop operation systems (Windows 10 + 11)
- Active Directory administration
- Exchange (on-prem or Office 365)
- Experience working on a Service Desk - providing IT support.
- Citrix experience
- Experience in working with an ITSM tool (eg: ServiceNow or Jira)
- Experience in working within an ITIL environment.
