Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the CEO's diary, successfully scheduling executive meetings and appointments
  • Provide direct support to the CEO and other Directors within the group
  • Prepare documents and correspondence which includes reports, presentations, agendas, and any other documents as required
  • Handle calls, emails, and post, providing high level communications both internally and externally
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings
  • Arrange travel plans and hotels for the CEO
  • Handle all information with confidentiality and sensitivity

Executive Assistant Skills and Experience:

  • Existing experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position
  • Demonstrates excellent administration skills, with the ability to handle high-level administration tasks
  • Possesses strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage complex diaries and meet deadlines
  • Superb interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Professional, friendly, outgoing, and welcoming
  • Able to handle sensitive information and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality
  • Can work on own initiative and is happy to take the lead on projects
  • Strong IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office
