Legal Assistant (In-House Real Estate Paralegal)

This role will work cross functionally within the business to deliver Legal information, with opportunity to build knowledge of real estate acquisitions, delivery, lettings, and management.
Key Duties Include:
- Providing legal and administrative support to the Head of Legal.
- Supporting the Head of Legal as and when required with all legal workstreams including land acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, contractual reviews, compliance, corporate, dispute resolution and ad hoc queries from the business.
- Ensuring all final versions of key reports, documents and agreements are filed and correctly logged and in line with the business' requirements.
- Carrying out such other duties as delegated from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider business.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an in house legal team is preferred.
- Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Interest in the real estate sector.
