If so then my award-winning client is offering the opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer working in a multi-discipline organisation.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will responsible for producing early Mechanical Services building design advice and calculations using multiple techniques (manual hand calculations, Excel spreadsheets and software such as Hevacomp and IES, producing feasibility reports, design specifications and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages, undertake surveys to advise on their suitability for continued use, site meetings, inspections and surveys.
Experience of Contract Administration (NEC / JCT contracts)and project running including on site (RIBA Stage 5), full service and Design and Build, project design and full H&S risk assessments (to meet CDM regulations), oversee and supervise building services systems installations, undertake commissioning management and specify maintenance and operating procedures. (CAD and BIM (Revit) software etc to design the systems required for the project, can produce documents for tender and have experience of /or is competent to work on buildings that contain asbestos
