Case Manager / Mortgage Administrator
Base salary of £22,000 plus a £3,000 bonus.

Your Background:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Mortgage Administration role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ambitious, self-starter, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members.
- Strong computer skills, and familiarity with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders (advantageous but not essential).
What You'll Do:
- Reporting to Head of Operations: Manage new and existing customer applications from submission to lender and completion.
- Accuracy and Documentation: Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with all necessary supporting documents.
- Regular Communication: Keep in touch with lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to provide regular, jargon-free updates to customers.
- Data Management: Collate and interpret data across multiple systems and upload client information onto the platform accurately and promptly.
- Checking Mortgage Offers: Ensure no errors in the mortgage offers.
- Critical Feedback Loop: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform, customer journey, and service model by providing feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with mortgage experts (brokers) to ensure they can deliver top-quality customer service.
- Training and Team Meetings: Participate in regular training, 1-to-1s, and team meetings to celebrate successes and address areas for improvement.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure both the company's and customers' interests are protected in line with compliance and company values.
