The Company:
ER Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with Dongyi Sourcing UK Limited, a leading fashion sourcing company who are dedicated to innovation, excellence, and the creation of design led and sustainable fashion.
Due to growth, they are seeking a talented and creative Womenswear Graphic Designer to join their design team. This role will involve working closely with our design and production teams to develop print and digital designs that align with our brand vision.
Role & Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
- Develop and create original graphic designs for womenswear collections, including prints, patterns, and logos.
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and execute seasonal trends and themes.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and market competitors.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
About You as the Graphic Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print techniques, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion graphics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for fashion and design trends
