I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an up and coming social housing contractor in the Black country area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on social housing properties around West Brom and surrounding areas.
The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:
- Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes
- Dealing with emergency repairs
- Routine repairs
- Responding to prearranged repair appointments
- Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis
As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:
- Experience in a core trade of carpentry
- Driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
- Social housing experience
