Pharmacist Manager

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic GPhC Registered Pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact in the community?

We're working with a leading community pharmacy group who is in search of a Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Birmingham (B65). This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
This branch has a low volume dispensing load of circa 5000 items per month, making it an ideal opportunity for less experienced Pharmacists looking to step up into a managerial role, or an experienced Pharmacist with a drive to provide great services.

Essential Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist.
  • Preferably possess MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a team.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Drive the achievement of key performance targets and uphold exemplary standards of service delivery.
  • Build and develop collaborative partnerships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries.
  • Ensure accuracy in NHS payment claims and strive for operational excellence in pharmacy sales and services, adhering to legal, ethical, and organisational guidelines.
  • Undertake regular audits to maintain optimal staff performance, service quality, and compliance standard.
