Temporary Customer Care Advisor
Start Date: October - 4 months
Location: Hybrid - Farringdon, London
Pay Rate: £13.46 - £14.94 per hour
Hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a leading not-for-profit organisation during one of their most impactful seasonal campaigns. As a Supporter Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in engaging and inspiring supporters over the Christmas period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and social media, addressing supporter inquiries in line with our Service Level Agreements and Supporter Promise.
- Manage supporter records, update databases, and process donations.
- Handle supporter feedback and complaints with care and professionalism.
- Seek ways to go above and beyond for our supporters, adding value to their fundraising efforts.
- Share insights and trends to inform fundraising strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with our latest campaigns and initiatives, communicating these clearly to supporters.
