Location: Hybrid - Farringdon, London
Pay Rate: £13.46 - £14.94 per hour
Hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a leading not-for-profit organisation during one of their most impactful seasonal campaigns. As a Supporter Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in engaging and inspiring supporters over the Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and social media, addressing supporter inquiries in line with our Service Level Agreements and Supporter Promise.
  • Manage supporter records, update databases, and process donations.
  • Handle supporter feedback and complaints with care and professionalism.
  • Seek ways to go above and beyond for our supporters, adding value to their fundraising efforts.
  • Share insights and trends to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with our latest campaigns and initiatives, communicating these clearly to supporters.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle competing priorities.
