Service Coordinator
£28,000-£32,000 per annum
Monday – Friday – 9:00-17:00

Do you have administrative/ customer service experience?
Fabulous opportunity to work for a well-established, growing organisation. You will be working closely with the Service team and will be involved within a variety of different aspects within the business.
Main Responsibilities-
- Being first point of contact answering the telephones
- Daily monitoring of customer emails, logging and responding appropriately
- Co ordinating a team of engineers
- Maintaining company database
- High attention to detail
- Accurate keyboard skills
Ideal candidate-
- Relevant administrative experience
- Confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Confident telephone manner
