The Mortgage Broker Role:
As a Mortgage Broker, you will provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored mortgage solutions. You will work closely with an existing client base, as well as generate new business opportunities through the branches you support. The role will involve hybrid working, allowing a mix of office and remote work for an excellent work-life balance.
**Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their needs
- Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
- Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Meeting individual and team targets
**Mortgage Broker Package:
- Competitive base salary of up to £35k, depending on banking experience
- Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)
- Hybrid working model: 3 days based in branch, 2 days remote working

**Mortgage Broker Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
- Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
