Marketing Administrator

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE
Our client, a leading independent service provider, seeks a Marketing Administrator to join their dedicated, forward-thinking team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Marketing Administrator, you should be proficient in administration, proactive, organised, and eager to share your expertise. Additionally, you should have a passion for learning and expanding your marketing and communication skills to support the growth and promotion of the company's offerings across diverse channels and audiences.
The responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for the company and industry events, including venue sourcing, invite list management, and attendee logistics.
- Manage newsletters, edit client/internal email updates, and send client texts and mailings.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Develop and monitor content/posts for Facebook and LinkedIn; update websites.
- Schedule courses, manage registrations, attendance, and follow-up for client training activities.
- Source and manage production of printed materials like brochures, leaflets, and merchandise.
- Proofread and edit content, maintain internal marketing asset folders, and manage databases.
The candidate:
- A proactive self-starter with the drive to collaborate with colleagues across the business and marketing team.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team and have a strong affinity for people.
- Proven administrative experience with a keen interest in marketing.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities; creativity and design skills are a plus.
