Time Plan are working with a SEN School that prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.We are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Support students in developing social skills, independence, and academic abilities.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with personal care needs of students where necessary.
Requirements:
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, Complex Needs
- Must have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
Full Time Monday- Friday 8:30-3:30/4pm
Location- Milton Keynes MK18
Salary- £85-£100 per day
