In the Corporate Finance technology team, you will be partnering with numerous desks across M&A, DCM, LDCM and ECM, as well as service providers to understand business challenges and build solutions to address them. We seek an enthusiastic and experienced agile product owner to lead a vision to replace a legacy system and manage the delivery of products through the SDLC stages.

You will have experience in highly detailed analysis, backlog prioritization, clear sprint/project planning and focus on quick iterative deliveries based on user feedback. You will be expected to create wireframes, prototypes and PoCs to greenlight projects.

Your key responsibilities

  • Bridging the requirements, stakeholder management and prioritization between technology and business. Ultimately defining a vision that motivates and unites stakeholders & the team
  • Producing wireframes, Value Stream Mapping, Prototypes and PoCs to check project feasibility
  • Analysis of problem statements & process flows leading to clear user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation
  • Backlog prioritization based on feedback from different users and stakeholders as well as orchestrating the development team to align with these priorities
  • Providing support to the business and helping to enhance monitoring capabilities

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in setting up and running agile product deliveries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate vague business requirements into defined requirements for development
  • Experience in business analysis and product management techniques, for example user journey mapping, process flow diagrams and acceptance criteria
  • Detail orientated with the ability to use data points to make decisions
  • Open, collaborative, and keen to document and share all knowledge garnered to contribute to the team's growth. Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
