Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a large MSP based in Kent for a Hardware Engineer. You will be responsible for managing the hardware, supporting, building and configuring laptops and ensuring all IT Systems are running smoothly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Workstation/server OS server builds, ADS administration, Maintaining successful backups, WSUS for servers/workstation
- Log & take ownership of Incidents, Problems, and Changes onto the Service Desk for Commercial and Production related issues.
- Workstations, laptops, applications, printers, and mobile devices, Virtual Machines.
- Inventory control management of local and global IT assets and data points
- Implement local and global projects in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain the order management process & keep all related documents filed and organized
- Perform other reasonable duties with the needs of the department
- Option to do the EHS team to provide feedback from working in all areas of the business.

- Windows Operating Systems Windows Desktop, 7, 10,11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2016, MS 365, Remote Access Tools, VPN
- SharePoint, SAP, Citrix, VMWare, Veritas Backup Exec
- Automated and Deployment

- £25,000-£30,000 depending on skills and experience
