We're hiring ambitious Sales Executives to join our high-performing Microsoft New Business team at Bytes Software Services, one of the UK's top Microsoft partners.

This is a true Sales Executive opportunity—focused 100% on winning new clients, not managing existing accounts. You'll generate your own leads, own your pipeline, and work closely with our technical experts to build tailored Microsoft solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years' experience in new business sales (tech sector preferred)
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and bringing in new business
  • Motivated, resilient, and commercially sharp
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport fast
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car

This Sales Executive role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, perform under pressure, and build a long-term, high-earning career.

Salary & OTE

  • Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000
  • Year 1 OTE: £50,000
  • Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £70,000
  • Year 3+: Uncapped earning potential (six figures achievable)
