I work with a college that deliver an exciting programme to learners who didn't get their desired results from their GCSE. The programme focuses on functional skills and employability skills. The aim is to get them to the level they need to join mainstream courses or move into a apprenticeship
I work with colleges that require hourly paid Lecturers across the following areas for the next academic year (Sept Start).
- Newbury
Term Time Only
18.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Deliver functional skills
Deliver Employability skills
Support learners in finding their passions and explore different career paths
Requirements: **-**T
eaching Certificate/Qualification
Experience delivering Functional Skills
Up to date Safeguarding training, or willing to obtain.
Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain.
