Our growing client are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our busy New Homes sales team based in East Horsley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading agent and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the company.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing property transactions, and helping buyers find their ideal homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in selling new homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Register the details and requirements of potential buyers and clients.
- Manage client files, electronic data, and emails, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Provide feedback to property owners after viewings, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Handle inquiries and queries from property owners, both verbally and in written form.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the local property market to assist buyers and owners effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Negotiator.
- Proven track record of success in property sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with clients and helping them find their ideal home.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and contribute to team success.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
