Senior HR Associate

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close knit and global HR team. For an ambitious candidate, this role offers clear progression to a HRBP / more Senior HR role within the business.

THE ROLE:

  • Working closely with the Head of HR & Global HR Director based in London, and the global team.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans. Support with the introduction of any new employee benefits programs.
  • HRBP for a global team.
  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for London & EU, working with a third party provider.
  • Managing the recruitment process including liaising with recruiters, arranging interviews, on boarding and inductions.
  • Leading and assisting with HR projects, either for London or on a global scale.
  • Day to day HR Administration work.
  • Being an advocate for the social committee.
  • Any ad-hoc administration/projects as they arise.

THE PERSON:

  • Passionate about HR and progressing their career further within the Human Resources space.
  • Proactive with a systematic and analytic approach. Happy to follow, and suggest improvements to processes.
  • A true generalist who is happy to cover all remits of Human Resources and assist the wider Operations team where need be.
  • Previous experience with payroll, working with other regions, ER and recruitment highly advantageous.
  • Ambitious to progress into a more Senior HR role within the business / HRBP role.
  • CIPD qualified, ideally level 3 or 5 (or equivalent).

This role is ideally 4 days in the office, 1 day from home, 9AM - 5PM. Flexible working options available too.
