Payroll Advisor – Stowmarket/Bury St Edmunds – Hybrid
Are you a Payroll professional looking for a new challenge?
Do you want to be the ‘go to' person for payroll and benefits for a large Suffolk business?
You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll, overseeing the; payroll systems, processes, and wider group functions.
A key part of your role will be to manage, support, and influence colleagues across all other departments and external contacts such as the HMRC and the payroll providers, on all aspects of payroll and benefits.
Ideally, you will have experience managing a large payroll service, together with good analytical skills allowing you to identify trends and take appropriate action,
CIPP diploma would be great.
One of the first tasks you'll be looking at will be the implementation of a new payroll system, past experience of this would be very useful.
