We are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator in Manchester City Centre
- 35 hours per week
- 6-month contract, with high possibility of extension
- Hybrid role
- Hourly Pay: £14.50-£17.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay
Duties include:
- Resolving queries with suppliers and customers
- Using financial systems to monitor transactions
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Processing payments and recording data on the financial system
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Communicating internally and externally dealing with queries
- Creating reports relating to budgets and liaising with the budget holders
- Providing support in creating expenditure reports e.g. budget reports
The successful candidate:
- Has experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and has used a financial management software
- Confident in using Excel
- Experience in producing financial reports
- Dealt with invoices and budgets in a previous role
