What do you need to work at a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)?
- A Cache/ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Support Teaching and Learning
- Experience supporting primary aged children in the classroom
- A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (one can be processed at registration)
- The ability to record pupils progress effectively
- Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour policies
- a positive and can do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
