Location: Ringwood
Salary: £12 ph rising to £13 ph after successful completion of 3 months probation
Hours: 9am-4pm Mondays and Tuesdays (some flexibility around the finish time)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are a property development company and who are now looking for an additional part-time receptionist to work in a job share with a longstanding member of staff.
The job is to be based on their reception and answer calls and deal with any visitors to the building. This is not an ultra-busy role but does need someone who is prepared to ask for more work when needed.
The successful receptionist will: -
- Be well presented
- Have a great telephone manner
- Be comfortable dealing with visitors in a timely manner
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable
List of duties
- Open up main doors and turn on lights
- Oversee suppliers/tradespeople that need to enter the building for facilities work
- Meet & greet visitors and giving directions to various companies within the building
- Deal with the post and distributing
- Taking in parcels from couriers and distributing
- Keeping diary up-to-date with appointments
- Taking enquiries from tenants and reacting in a professional, timely manner
- Organising repairs to the building where needed
- Cleaning of reception and vending machine
Whilst there isn't a huge amount of general admin work, the successful receptionist should have good computer skills - MS Office.
You will complete notes in a handover book at the end of the day on a Tuesday to ensure your job share colleague knows what to expect.
