Salary: Flexible DOE (£50K - £60K Region)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our newly established Lancashire office. You will be working alongside a strong commercial team, many of whom come from tier 1 backgrounds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing office, contributing to projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the financial aspects of construction projects ranging from £500K to £12M in value.

Work on both Frameworks and Competitive tenders, ensuring accurate pricing and cost management.

Engage in a wide variety of work, including Facilities Management (FM), extensions, minor builds, and major projects.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.

Provide detailed cost plans, estimates, and financial reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Contribute to the preparation and submission of tenders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the North West, though Midlands-based candidates will also be considered.

Strong background in working on Frameworks and Competitive tenders.

Familiarity with project values ranging from £500K to £12M.

Experience in FM and major projects, with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of work.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
