About The Role
As a casual night cleaner, you have the freedom to let us know your availability so work can be decided around you and your circumstances.
You will be working Monday to Sunday (Nights), 18:00 to 06:00, as a casual worker.
Main Duties:
- To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending.
- Acts as a customer service ambassador for the venues and events, information, and assistance to our visitors.
- To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues.
- Ensure venues are kept to the high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in.
- To clean to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
- Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary.
To be successful, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in cleaning is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- A motivated, friendly and engaging individual with a passion for events.
