Robert Half is representing a large operational business based in the East Midlands, searching for an Interim HR Manager to join their team. This role will cover the EMEA region, and support across the entire HR function throughout a busy time for them.

Role and Responsibilities
As the Interim HR Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the HR functions during this period of rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing broad HR coverage across multiple regions, including the UK and Germany.
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
- Leading employee relations initiatives and handling complex HR issues.
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.
- Working closely with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in similar HR roles.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, with a strong background in multi-country HR management, particularly in the UK and Germany.
- Ideally CIPD qualified, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
