If you're the telesales person we are looking for, you'll be driven, self-motivated, successful and great at selling over the phone. In return you will be able to do this working flexible hours to suit you, with the opportunity to earn over £28,000 p.a. or more for 20 hours per week all from the comfort of your own home.

Your role will be working as Telesales Executive, for their rapidly growing Business Coaching practice serving the North West of England and North Wales.

The Role:-

The role is to support the MD and principal Business Coach by cold calling SME businesses, developing leads as well as working with warm leads, from marketing activities and networking leads

Key Responsibilities include:-

  • Consistently generate one appointment per day from cold and warm sales activity.

Profile of person:

  • Exceptional telephony skills and determined to help your prospects
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with SME business who have had no prior contact in connection with the business opportunity.
  • Extensive experience and exceptional performance at cold calling is preferred
  • Achieves results by listening, asking great questions, not through sales pressure
  • A good network of SME business owner contacts (not essential)
  • A 'can do' attitude, hungry to learn new skills and develop, naturally show initiative & resourcefulness is vital
  • Results Driven, Persuasive and Decisive

Salary:-

£15 per hour (20 hours per week to suit you)

Commission:-

£40 per qualified meeting set-up

Generous commission for each new client signed up from your activity

OTE:-

Salary £15,600 (20 hours per week) + if KPI's achieved, OTE can be up to £28,800p/a although uncapped so can be exceeded for high achievers.
