Firm:
Our client is a leading Legal 500 defendant insurance firm that is based in Bolton. It specialises in Insurance focused claims and wants to expand its Credit Hire Claims department. They are currently looking to grow their Credit Hire Team with a new File Handler to deal with pre-litigated Credit Hire files.
Role:
- Dealing with a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire files
- Formulate initial strategy and implement this after agreement with a technical supervisor
- Liaising with insurers where necessary and pursuing settlements where possible
Ideal Candidate:
- Confident in ability to use own initiative
- Solid telephone skills and manners
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- LPC / University Degree is preferrable
- Good IT skills
- Basic understanding of Defendant Insurance Personal Injury practice
