Based in Bournemouth, this role is based working within a purpose built high end rental building.
Supporting a Residential Service Manager, you will handle lettings to professional tenants. Proven lettings experience is required in order to handle the following duties:
- Viewings and negotiating
- Ensuring tenancy agreements and completed and compliant
- Referencing and ensuring all finance paperwork is completed
- Conducting inspections
- Check in and check out
- Overseeing inventories
Based in central Bournemouth, the building has a high end spec, therefore a well presented and professional candidate with customer service is essential.
Basic plus 10% bonus after probation
