Purchase Ledger Accountant – (‘hands-on' role covering elements of month-end reporting, management reporting, but very transactional). This well-established Technology company is experiencing huge growth, and is set for trebling revenues over the next 5 years.

  • Expenditure analysis
  • Administration of P2P and expenses systems
  • Day to day ‘leading' of the 2 accounts assistants
  • Processing asset transactions

Purchase Ledger Accountant – the person:

Despite Accountant in the title, this isn't a higher-level accountancy position (i.e. it could suit someone who is AAT Level 4, or has the equivalent work experience, but probably wouldn't be right for someone with a CIMA accreditation).

The company is growing and would like someone from a medium-size accounts team who wants to work for a multi-million £ company that is really expanding.

Previous (essential) experience:

  • Experience of the Purchase Ledger cycle
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good Excel (pivot tables, sumif, vlookup)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative nature – a real team player!

Desirable skills cover: Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)

Location: This is mostly a remote role (the entire finance team is remote) however they do meet at the office in Bedford once per month, so candidates must be able to meet this requirement please.

Salary to £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company for the long-term and grow in-line with their relentless expansion. Job offer subject to background checks. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
