Centre Manager

Work for an education organisation in London as a Centre Manager (permanent).

Centre Manager expected to handle wide range of qualifications related to Health and Social Care, Business and Administration, Leadership & Management, Adult Care, Child Care, Information Advice and Guidance, Teaching & Assessing and Functional Skills courses.

Responsibilities include communicating with managers, Departments, agencies and other third parties to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Experience with different projects, like management training, Awarding body Compliance; Awarding Bodies exposure, Visits; and soft-skills development etc.

The Centre Manager will organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Centre Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

  • Accuracy, attention to detail in the management of emails: related correspondence.
  • Able to always be diplomatic and discrete.
  • Be familiar with the instructors, equipment, and educational material requirements for each project.
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
  • Experience organising training activities in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

What we offer

  • Permanent contract.
  • £32,000 to 45,000.
