Are you a Level 2 Teaching Assistant?
We're looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join one of our esteemed primary schools in South Manchester through Tradewind Recruitment. This is a full-time, long-term role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, starting ASAP for one academic term, with the potential for extension into the next school year.
Position details:
- Daily rate: £84 - £90, depending on experience

About you:
The successful candidate will support the academic progress and development of a high-achieving class and work closely with the class teacher to assist students with additional needs, both in group settings and one-to-one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
- Providing individualised support to students facing learning challenges
- Preparing teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
- Building strong, respectful relationships with all pupils
- Collaborating with key stage staff to share resources and best practices
Essential Requirements:
- Strong references showcasing experience in KS1/KS2
- Full employment history
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (to be completed upon offer)
